Leading insurance broker Brett and Randall has celebrated 25 years of working with international food equipment company Urschel International.

Mark Bamkin, a director of the Leicester-based broker, presented Urschel with a framed memento to mark the quarter century connection.

Brett and Randall arranges cover for Urschel International's European headquarters at Meridian Business Park, Leicester, and its premises in France, Holland, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Poland, Greece and Belgium.

Mark Bamkin said: "We have been established in Leicester for 28 years and have been working with Urschel for most of that time. We have watched each other's businesses develop over the years, and I'm proud our quality of service and expertise has enabled us to continue working with Urschel."

Finance Director Terry Satchwell, who accepted the presentation on behalf of Urschel, said: "We were keen to use a local insurance broker who would be easily accessible and someone we could trust.

"Brett and Randall have proven themselves over the years to provide the quality of service we require, and we plan to continue working with them for many years to come."

The American owned company designs, manufactures and sells precision food cutting equipment including commercial potato crisp slicers, meat dicers and vegetable cutters.

The machines are used by every major food-processing manufacturer in the United States and in over 100 countries worldwide.
