A brand new law firm has opened its doors in Ashby - combining a
modern approach to law with traditional values.
Just three months after launching its first office in Ashbourne
in Derbyshire, Simpson Jones Solicitors have opened on The Green in
Ashby. This forms part of the firm's long term aim of establishing
a network of local offices across the region.
Simpson Jones aims to remove the barriers between solicitor and
client in order to make visiting a solicitor a less complicated and
intimidating experience. Its modern approach also extends to
documentation and processes, which are written in terminology that
is easy for clients to digest.
The Ashby office will be headed-up by Phillip Bull and Eleanor
Marriott and will offer a full range of private client services
such as residential and commercial conveyancing, corporate
services, Wills, Probate, elderly client services, tax and trust
planning and matrimonial services
Phillip is local to Ashby and brings a wealth of knowledge and
experience to the firm through his connections with the financial
services industry, whilst Eleanor will be responsible for all
conveyancing matters. They will be assisted by a team of
experienced support staff.
An official launch will be taking place in February to introduce
the team to the general public and local business community.
Commenting on the launch of the new Ashby office, Phillip Bull
said:
"We are excited about bringing our innovative style of law firm
to Ashby and are delighted to be opening our second office just
three months after we launched our first one in Ashbourne. Our
plans to open a third office in Derby are already well advanced as
are plans to open a fourth in Loughborough.
"Our philosophy is simple - to provide the general public and
the business community in Ashby with dedicated advice to suit their
specific needs and offer a modern approach to managing our clients'
legal affairs, combined with traditional values.
Eleanor added:
"Ask most people and they will tell you that visiting a
solicitor can be quite a daunting prospect. They can feel
intimidated and anxious about what to expect. We want to provide a
friendly, relaxed atmosphere where clients can visit and feel at
ease."
