Black Country solicitors Waldrons is expanding three of its specialist services after announcing a hat-trick of appointments.

The expansion of the firm's personal injury, medical negligence and conveyancing departments sees national acclaim for personal injury specialist Julia Cinnamond, the arrival of conveyancing solicitor Rowena Slater-Reay and a newly qualified solicitor Joseph Norton.

Julia becomes a qualified member of the prestigious Law Society Personal Injury Panel after five years' service as part of Waldrons' seven-strong personal injury team based at the firm's head office at Wychbury Court, Merry Hill.

Joseph Norton will also be based at the firm's head office after successfully completing his two-year training with Waldrons. The 26-year-old becomes a member of Waldrons' medical negligence department, which is headed up by Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel member Nicola Lewis.

Waldrons is the only practice in Worcester to offer a specialist level of expertise in handling medical negligence claims, with the benefit of legal aid for those who are eligible.

Rowena Slater-Reay joins Waldrons' five strong team based at the firm's Kingswinford office.  Rowena is a fully qualified solicitor with over 14 years experience in buying and selling properties.

Waldrons managing partner John Roberts says the expansion forecasts a promising year-ahead for the firm, which has just seen its Law Society Lexcel accreditation renewed for the sixth consecutive year.

He said: "This recognition is testament to our high standards of client care and provides assurance of the quality of our advice. As well as our Merry Hill Lexcel status, we are delighted our Kingswinford and Walsall offices have also achieved this mark of excellence. It is a tremendous vote of confidence in the service we provide.

"By expanding our professional teams, we plan to strengthen our specialist expertise in these particular departments.

"We have experienced significant growth in these services and we expect this to increase even further in the first quarter of the New Year."

Waldrons has offices in Merry Hill, Dudley, Walsall, Tipton, Kingswinford and Worcester.
