Garwyn Limited, represented by Savills, has taken the second and
third floor at Latham House, Birmingham from Hortons' Estate
Ltd.
Garwyn, the UK's largest specialist liability adjuster, has
signed a new 10 year lease on accommodation totalling 7,862 sq ft
(730 sq m). Latham House will be the firm's flagship operation and
the move will put Garwyn closer to its customers, and give the
company a prominent position in the UK's second largest insurance
market.
Nick Patterson, commercial director for Garwyn, comments:
"Latham House gives us the scope to bring our complete range of
services under one roof with the flexibility to expand as our
business grows."
Jonathan Ottewell, associate director at Savills, adds: "Now is
an excellent time for tenants to relocate with large reductions in
headline rents and an increase in the level of incentive
available."
