Esker, the market leader in document process automation
solutions, has been chosen by Jenny Craig at Nestlé
Nutrition, to automate the daily sending of mail, emails and short
message service (SMS) messages to its customers.
The company, whose UK base is on The Wyvern Business Park in
Derby, has provided Nestlé with an automated solution for
sending business documents with the launch of its unique services
in the 17 Jenny Craig centers across France.
Jenny Craig by Nestlé Nutrition offers a personalised
weight loss approach. Consultants throughout the 17 weight loss
centers and the customer relationship centre, ensure daily
monitoring of all their customers, from appointment confirmations
sent by email or SMS to individual appointment reports sent by
mail, which equates to more than 3,000 letters, 3,000 emails and
5,000 SMS each month.
The company was looking for an external solution to simplify and
unify the communication process of all 17 centres, including the
customer relationship center, improve the quality and tracking of
mail, emails and SMS messages sent to customers, as well as gain
productivity and increase savings
