Communications and events management specialists the drpgroup
has recognised the hard work of its team at its annual awards
ceremony, the Brilliance Awards.
The ceremony, held at the group's own conference staging
facilities in Hartlebury, Worcestershire, rewarded team members for
making 2010 one of the most successful in the group's history and
saw sponsorship provided by leading industry companies
Barceló, Sol Melia, Classic British Hotels, ACC Liverpool,
Hilton, Ellicis Hotels, Principal Hayley and The Collektion.
Every year drpgroup recognises the continued effort of all its
team members and their dedication to its values. As well as
recognising the successes of the drpteam as whole, the Brilliance
Awards also honour particular individuals who have gone the extra
mile with everything they do to ensure anything's possible for
their clients.
The drpteam delivered over 400 events in 2010 and worked with a
number of the industry's leading hotel and venue chains to ensure
clients enjoyed only the most 'fit for purpose' venues. These
companies and groups provided sponsorship for the event as well as
all prizes which rewarded the drpteam, further emphasising their
relationships with one of the industry's leading corporate event
and conference organisers.
drpgroup managing director Dale Parmenter said: "2010 marked our
30th anniversary and was one of our most successful years to date,
with significant new business wins and the further expansion of
team, despite the continuing economic difficulties.
"None of this success would be possible without the efforts of
our team, which is why I was delighted that we were able to take
this opportunity to thank everyone for their ongoing efforts, and
also recognise individuals who did that little bit extra to go
beyond the call of duty for our clients this year."

The 2010 drpgroup Brilliance awards were held at the firm's end
of year conference and luncheon on 23 December. This event provided
a fantastic opportunity for the entire team to get together and
celebrate the successes of the last 12 months.
