Construction, property and development consultant DBK has
announced today that it has become a Limited Liability Partnership
(LLP).
The Birmingham-headquartered company - which also has offices in
London, Manchester and Bournemouth - is confident that the
transition to a LLP will greatly compliment the recent rebrand to
DBK, which helped to bring together all of the company's corporate
acquisitions under one banner.
Tim Downing, managing director at DBK, said: "We see the LLP
transition as a modern structure to drive our business forward,
uniting our various offices and services. This move is consistent
with activity that we have seen at several like-minded consultants
in the industry, and I firmly believe it will both enhance the DBK
brand and reinforce our already outstanding team spirit.
"We have also secured investment from the RCapital Growth Fund,
which will enable US to make the most of the opportunities that
will undoubtedly present themselves as we move out of the economic
downturn. It will also help us to give the best possible service to
our strong and diverse client base going forward. The robust level
of instructions that we have recently received are allowing our
business to invest in existing staff, and our offices are currently
recruiting to strengthen the resource accordingly."
This announcement follows a very positive start to the year for
DBK, with work underway on a number of high-profile projects for
leading organisations including the University Partnerships
Programme, St. Modwen, Amazon and Stoford.
DBK, which was established in Birmingham in 1977, has its
headquarters office at 321 Bradford Street.
