A business advisory firm today said it was looking for buyers of
a prestigious multi-million pound new build property on the
outskirts of Leicestershire.
Tyrone Courtman from regional advisers Cooper Parry, is looking
for buyers for The Pavilion, a 1.45 acre property, located in
Burley on the Hill, Oakham, following his recent appointment as
Joint Receiver alongside director Alison Timperley.
This latest appointment means Mr Courtman and his team are now
handling the sale process for a number of prestigious properties in
the Midlands and beyond and is negotiating with buyers from across
the world.
He and fellow partner Nick Edwards were recently appointed to
find new owners for Kinmel Hall - the largest private residential
property in Wales set in 5,000 acres of parkland which has
attracted interest from potential investors as far as United States
and India.
Mr Courtman, Partner and Head of Business Restructuring,
Recovery and Insolvency at Cooper Parry, said he was optimistic
that a deal can be struck for the sale of both properties.
He said: "Naturally, we hope that matters can be resolved as
quickly as possible on the two sites, as both properties are unique
in their own way and both offer enormous potential for the right
purchaser.
"We have had some very good interest for The Pavilion because it
is a unique new build property of considerable appeal set in a very
prestigious location and it offers considerable scope for more
extensive utilisation of the space to suit an owner's individual
requirements and circumstances.
"We believe the property is likely to appeal to families looking
to relocate to Leicestershire and Rutland area, perhaps to a
residence which is ideally located for Oakham School. We are
confident we can conclude a sale for this property.
"We are also still taking calls for Kinmel Hall from interested
parties from across the world and hope to negotiate with potential
buyers soon."
The Pavilion, split over 3 levels, is a unique five bedroom
bungalow-style home and incorporates an open living space of over
9,000 sq feet, a swimming pool, triple garage and extensive grounds
overlooking the grounds to Burley House.

North Wales, occupies 18 acres and is set in 5,000 acres of
parkland, and comprises the main house incorporating some 60

The main hall, of 70,000 sq. ft is Grade I listed and while 13
