Property agents Bond Wolfe have announced two new West Bromwich
lettings.
They have secured a new tenant for the ground floor retail unit
at Kingston House on behalf of Real Estate Investors which recently
acquired the building.
Crown Cars have taken a five year lease at the complex,
currently part occupied by Sandwell Council and Sandwell Primary
Care Trust.
And Bond Wolfe has announced that learning and skills
specialist, A4E have taken a further floor at The Old Post Office
on High Street.
They now occupy two and a half floors, a total of 6,500 sq ft,
equating to £60,000 per annum.
