Birmingham-based full service agency, Big Cat group has this
month been awarded two prestigious industry awards having achieved
96.5% in its Consultancy Management Standard (CMS) audit and also
the renewal of it Investors in People standard following the launch
of Big Cat Europe in summer 2010.
The CMS audit is an internationally recognised programme run by
the public relations professional body, PRCA. The industry standard
is an assurance to clients that firms adhere to strict quality
standards in management, communication and service delivery.
Investors In People, which Big Cat also received an outstanding
score in, aims to transform an organisations performance by
targeting chosen business practices across departments. With Big
Cat's expansion into Europe this standard was vital to ensure all
offices, across the continent continued to work towards the same
goals and business growth.
Nick Morgan, CEO of Big Cat Europe said: "We're overjoyed to
have not only been awarded a gold standard for our CMS audit but
also the renewal of our Investors In People. We at Big Cat are
continually evolving our processes, ensuring that clients receive
the highest quality of service across all departments. The audits
prove that we are passionate about our work and strive to achieve
the best results, both quickly and effectively.
Francis Ingham, Chief Executive of the PRCA said: "Well run
businesses consistently deliver the results clients are looking
for. The Consultancy Management Standard was developed specifically
to ensure that PRCA members have the systems and structures in
place to meet and exceed clients' expectations. The standard has
been so successful that it has now been adopted in 11 countries
around the world."
