Solihull-based LaSer UK is celebrating a hat-trick of award
successes, including coming ahead of American Express, MBNA and
Santander to win a prestigious national Cards & Payments
Award.
The leading provider of credit and loyalty services, which is
one of the biggest employers in Solihull town centre, scooped the
coveted award for Best CRM Programme ahead of the international
card providers.
LaSer UK was recognised for its VIP customer campaign for
retailer M&Co; an integrated loyalty campaign which identified
key customers and offered specific rewards without excluding
others.
On the same night, LaSer UK was highly commended in the Midlands
Excellence Awards for its revolutionary electronic finance
facility, e@sicredit, which offers completed credit agreements in
ten minutes instead of ten days. It was also named as a finalist in
the Learning & Development category at the same ceremony.
The awards capped a fantastic 2010 for the company, which has
doubled in size since 2008 and smashed through its billion pound
lending milestone ahead of target in September.
