Despite the doom and gloom of the recession, successful UK based
jewellery manufacturing company -' Mama Jewels', based in Annesley
Woodhouse in Nottinghamshire has been shortlisted for
the National Mumsclub 'Best Business Start Up' awards.
Mama Jewels is currently the only safety tested child friendly
jewellery brand on the UK market, which is both elegant and
resilient.
Mama Jewels' customers include ladies who look after young
children and might have stopped wearing jewellery for fear of it
being broken, such as mothers, carers and teachers.
Mum of two Amanda Waring, owner of Mama Jewels said; 'It is just
so exciting to be chosen as a finalist, the nominations came from
other mums in business and to be chosen as one of the final six is
such great recognition.
Award winners are to be announced at the Mumsclub Business
awards event in Solihull, Birmingham to be held on Tuesday the 8th
March 2011.
