Black Country solicitors Waldrons has expanded its busy crime
department with the appointment of two more solicitors, as demand
for its specialist criminal and prison law services increases.
Stephen Hamblett and Stephanie Brownlees join as qualified duty
solicitors in Waldrons' six-strong criminal law team specialising
in criminal and prison law. Both will advise and represent clients
at police stations and in criminal courts in Sandwell, Dudley,
Walsall and Wolverhampton.
Stephen brings five years experience as a criminal defence
solicitor to Waldrons, having previously worked for a legal firm in
Telford.
Stephanie has also worked as a criminal defence solicitor for
six years, having previously worked for the public defender service
in Birmingham.
Waldrons' managing partner John Roberts says the expansion will
see the firm strengthening its specialist criminal law services
throughout the West Midlands.
He said: "By strengthening our team and expertise, it will allow
us to offer a much broader service to a larger number of people
across all four boroughs.
"Waldrons are committed to offering the highest level of
criminal and prison law services and, we're delighted to welcome
both Stephanie and Stephen to our expanding firm."
With offices in Merry Hill, Dudley, Walsall, Tipton,
Kingswinford and Worcester, Waldrons can advise on all criminal
matters from theft, robbery and assault to road traffic
offences.
Waldrons' commitment to quality of client service has been
recognised by the Law Society of England and Wales. It has been
awarded the Law Society's Lexcel accreditation for the past six
years.
