West Midlands solicitors Waldrons has received top recognition
for its quality standards in Walsall just sixth months after
expanding into the town.
The Lichfield Street firm is the only practice in Walsall to
receive the prestigious Law Society Lexcel practice management
standard, which is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest
standards of management and customer care.
It follows the successful merger between Waldrons and Williams
& Cole last year; with the firm continuing as 'Waldrons
incorporating Williams & Cole'.
Only around 9 per cent of practices nationwide are awarded the
Lexcel standard of excellence in practice management by the Law
Society.
Waldrons managing partner John Roberts says the award heralds a
promising year ahead for the firm, which has also seen its Lexcel
accreditation renewed for the sixth consecutive year at its Merry
Hill, Dudley and Kingswinford offices.
He said: "This recognition is testament to our high standards of
client care and provides assurance to clients of the quality of our
advice. As well as attaining Lexcel accreditation at our Walsall
office, we have also secured the Law Society quality mark at our
other new office in Tipton. It is a tremendous vote of confidence
in the service we provide.
"We undergo rigorous independent assessments ever year to ensure
we meet the required standards of excellence in the vital areas of
our business, including client care, case management and risk
management.
"Our 10-strong team based at Walsall have worked extremely hard
to achieve this select status and their commitment reflects our
dedication as a group to achieve the highest service
standards."
Linda Lee, President of the Law Society, said: "I am delighted
that Waldrons solicitors have achieved this important Law Society
recognition. The Lexcel practice management standard is only
awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer
care standards."
With offices in Merry Hill, Dudley, Walsall, Tipton,
Kingswinford and Worcester, Waldrons specialises in wills, trusts
and powers of attorney, commercial property and corporate law,
buying and selling residential property, employment law, dispute
resolution, personal injury, medical negligence and industrial
disease claims.
Other specialist services include criminal defence, prison law
and family law services, including divorce, separation and children
