Construction and property consultancy, The Vinden Partnership,
is to open new premises in London.
The company, with existing offices in Bolton and Nottingham,
will be located in New Broad Street House, 35 New Broad Street in
the heart of the city's financial district.
The move, which has been fuelled by increased work coming from
the capital, will also see The Vinden Partnership appoint new staff
to service clients in the South.
Managing Director, Peter Vinden, said: "Despite the challenges
of the past two years, our business has continued to out perform
the market. By introducing new service lines and 'thinking outside
of the box', we have been able to meet our clients' needs, attract
new business and grow TVP all at the same time.
"We have always been active in the South of England and London,
but we have seen a marked increase in opportunities in the last 12
months. As a result, we have invested significantly in taking space
in one of London's landmark buildings and we are now actively
looking to appoint new staff. It's an exciting time for the
business and we very much look forward to opening our doors to
clients and contacts in London from the 5th January 2011."
