Lichfield and Cannock law firm Ansons Solicitors is continuing
to grow and invest in its future with the recruitment of new
trainee solicitor Adam Pike, who joins Ansons from Manchester
Benefits Service.
Adam has a degree in English Literature and Philosophy and
studied Law at Staffordshire University where he won the award for
attaining the highest grades in his Common Professional Examination
conversion course and Legal Practice Course.
Commenting on his appointment Adam said: "Ansons initially
appealed to me because of its reputation for being a progressive
firm with the resource and expertise to be able to take on large
complex commercial matters. The fact that the firm is Lexcel
accredited, has the Investors in People accreditation and has high
rankings in the Legal 500 directory of top UK law firms, provided
me with the confidence and assurance that Ansons would be a great
firm to work for."
During his training contract Adam will gain experience of
working within a number of the specialist legal departments at
Ansons, starting with the corporate and commercial litigation
departments.
Corporate partner, Hilary D'Cruz commented: "Whilst a number of
law firms have suspended the intake of new trainees, Ansons has
remained committed towards training and development as we recognise
the importance of supporting the lawyers of tomorrow for the good
of the legal sector. We also appreciate that our positive
reputation, quick growth and attainment of awards, such as
Investors in People, would not have been achievable without our
deeply held commitment to training and development".
Ansons provides a full range of commercial and private client
legal services and is recognised to be one of the region's top law
firms.
