Midlands based sandwich bar chain, Simply Eat is to take its
franchise offer to market.
The business, which currently has its own managed outlets in
Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Halesowen and Derby, has selected the
franchise route for business growth as it is convinced that it has
an extremely viable business model for franchisees.
Simply Eat's already successful operational model champions
simple pricing, fast service and high quality food and
service.
The restaurant chain, which is just under two years old, offers
classic, good value hot and cold food at simple prices, and its
owners believe that its format makes it an ideal franchise model
for investors and budding food entrepreneurs.
"We found that there was a gap in the market for a genuine quick
serve restaurant chain that offered traditional classics, such as
paninis and baguettes in a 'big brand fast food' format," explains
Pravin Patel, director of Simply Eat.
"The recession has shown that food sales remain high - even when
cash is tight for consumers. The format developed by our management
team is proving to be extremely successful and we envisage that
potential franchisees will be impressed by the support structure we
have prepared for them and the excellent trading figures of our
existing stores."
Pravin, a renowned retail architect, is putting together a
dynamic top management team that already includes property and
financial services entrepreneurs. Simply Eat is also due to
announce the appointment of a new director who joins from one of
the world's largest quick serve brands.
