The latest state of the art software upgrade from West Midlands
based practice management software specialist See20/20 is proving
to be an industry winner with the UK's top opticians.
With over 50 new account wins in the past six months, the
recently updated dispensing and ordering module from See20/20 has
already been implemented by Merseyside's exclusively renowned
Silverberg Opticians, Rawlings group and South Wales based group
Gwynns Opticians.
The practice management software specialist has invested over
£450,000 in this major upgrade to its dispensing and ordering
module in line with advancements in lens and ordering technology,
whilst simultaneously streamlining and advancing all other
modules.
See20/20 clients have achieved significant improvements in
dispensing spends, communication, customer service and efficiency
with its latest pioneering system.
Sales and marketing director at See20/20 Paul Houston explains
this is the first major software development for See20/20 since
acquiring the company in February this year.
He said: "By being one step ahead in our industry, we have
managed to not only improve our software but also introduce an
impressive number of new customers to See20/20.
"It allows users to input a dispense quickly and easily, send
validated orders direct to any major lens suppliers/labs and
process transactions at the till in under 90 seconds - whilst
automatically and simultaneously updating stock figures,
calculating VAT and profit margins.
"Our latest module is helping eye-care professionals grow their
profits by increasing dispensing values and eradicating mistakes,
as well as improving the overall dispensing/ordering journey for
both patients and practice team members."
Designer frame specialist Silverberg Opticians has introduced
the See20/20 system into its Liverpool city-centre branch.
Managing director and practicing optician at Silverberg
Opticians, Ian Silverberg believes it is the most sophisticated
system available today.
He said: "The system has allowed us to work smarter when
approaching re-calls, appointment booking and marketing to new and
existing customers. It has also supported us when introducing
direct debit payments and becoming a paperless practice".
"We stock over 2,500 designer frames in our practice, so it is
vital we have the most advanced software to ensure the efficiency
of all our dispensing and ordering."
Selwyn Jones director and senior optometrist at Gwynns Opticians
said: "We reviewed a range of practice management systems and
decided See20/20 offered the most flexible and easy to use software
on the market.
"The latest module is going to make ordering and dispensing so
much quicker and accurate, which will save us money and time when
undergoing stock takes."
The See20/20 system can be used to manage multiple branches at
the same time meaning stock can be shared and patients can visit
different outlets - all of which will have access to their records,
saving them from being tied to the same outlet.
Over 300 organisations and practices across the UK now use the
See20/20 system.
