Savills has recently boosted its Birmingham planning team with the appointment of Michael Davies. 

Michael brings over 15 years of experience as a commercial planner having previously worked at Drivers Jonas Deloitte and Cushman & Wakefield. He will work closely with existing director Paul Rouse and will focus on strategic development proposals and commercial development planning. 

Roger Hepher, head of planning and regeneration, comments: "We already have an effective team in Birmingham, but we have for some time been planning to enlarge it. Michael brings a wealth of experience and will significantly extend the range of services we can provide to our clients."

Savills planning is a 150 strong team which provides bespoke planning services to a full spectrum of clients. Specialism's include negotiating planning permissions, masterplanning and urban design, section 106 negotiations, retail and land availability studies.
