Savills has recently boosted its Birmingham planning team with
the appointment of Michael Davies.
Michael brings over 15 years of experience as a commercial
planner having previously worked at Drivers Jonas Deloitte and
Cushman & Wakefield. He will work closely with existing
director Paul Rouse and will focus on strategic development
proposals and commercial development planning.
Roger Hepher, head of planning and regeneration, comments: "We
already have an effective team in Birmingham, but we have for some
time been planning to enlarge it. With its extensive office network
through the UK, Savills is very well placed to thrive under
localism, and Birmingham is a strategic location for us. Michael
brings a wealth of experience and will significantly extend the

Savills planning is a 150 strong team which provides bespoke
planning services to a full spectrum of clients. Specialism's
include negotiating planning permissions, masterplanning and urban
design, section 106 negotiations, retail and land availability
studies.
