Kick starting the year, GVA's Birmingham office has let 8,537 sq
ft of space at Unit 1 of Miller Developments' development, The
Pavilions, in Solihull to The Parts Alliance Limited and Data
Development Services (DDS).
The deal comes only months after lettings at Units 6 and 10 to
Physiotherapy clinic PhysioWorld and interior design and fit-out
specialists the Wattrus Group respectively. Only four units now
remain at the 12 unit scheme, reflecting 25 per cent of available
space at the development now ranging from 1,925 - 3,164 sq ft.
Adrian Griffith, Associate at GVA, said: "The latest letting at
The Pavilions represents the largest of the 12 units with only four
units now available for occupation. We are encouraged by the large
interest we have seen in the scheme, with the latest letting
completing a hat-trick of lettings within the last four months
alone.
"We believe it is the competitive leasing packages and purchase
options, coupled with the generous designated parking and flexible
space is driving a high number of enquiries for a high quality,
reputable base in a location that has experience huge growth in
popularity from smaller businesses."
Currently situated at opposite ends of the West Midlands, the
central facility for The Parts Alliance, a group of 10 of the
leading Automotive Aftermarket product and service providers, and
Automotive Aftermarket systems provider DDS are coming together
within the largest of the self-contained offices at the development
during February 2011.
The relocation will allow both companies to expand to meet the
demand experienced by recent growth within the market sector, as a
result of a number of significant national contract wins. It will
also enable the companies to continue to meet customer requirements
at the highest possible service level from one integrated
location.

Touch Systems, Abel Alarms, FourstaR and the Association of
Plumbing and Heating Contractors.
A scheme by Miller Developments, part of Miller Group, the Grade
A offices are available to buy or lease, with space totalling 9,463
sq ft available across the remaining four self-contained two-storey
buildings.
