The Birmingham office of Cushman & Wakefield has made its
first promotion to director/partner level since opening its doors
in the city in October 2007.
Joanna Thexton-Pee, head of client accounting at Cushman &
Wakefield in Birmingham, has been promoted from associate to
director, after two and a half years at the firm.
She is in charge of a team of 25, which has more than doubled in
size since she joined Cushman & Wakefield in June 2008.
Her team manages the financial operations of the firm's
activities for its commercial property-owning clients, which
includes collection of rent and payment of suppliers.
Cushman & Wakefield has added a number of major clients in
this area in the past year, including RSA, Aviva, Rockspring and
Land Securities.
Joanna is also chair and founder of the newly formed Birmingham
head of property management accounts forum, which includes all of
the major property management firms in the city, including Cushman
& Wakefield, DTZ, BNP Paribas, Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE and GVA
Grimley.
