Nottingham law firm Rothera Dowson has announced the appointment
of a new Recoveries Manager to head up the firm's debt recovery
team.
Michael Whitaker will be tasked with offering expert legal
advice on commercial and consumer debt recovery, credit control,
landlord possession and rent recovery actions. He brings 15 years
experience to the position, having fulfilled similar roles at both
Fraser Brown and Browne Jacobson.
Commenting on Michael's appointment, Rothera Dowson's managing
partner Amanda Redgate said:

none. He brings with him a fresh impetus and new direction for what

Michael joins the team at Rothera Dowson's city centre offices
in the historic Lace Market. The firm also has offices in Beeston,
Mapperley, West Bridgford and Wollaton.
