A local business has decided to completely change the way it
operates, due to the large amount of clients that are interested in
using the internet to market themselves.
MediaHeads - based at Lymedale Business Centre - was originally
a graphics design company, set-up in 2009 in partnership with
TextBlue (a Bluetooth marketing business).
The idea was that it could create the advertisements the
customers need to send out via. Bluetooth.
However, business owner Quinton Watton-Smith has decided that he
now wants to tackle online marketing, because it is something that
will help small businesses.
Quinton said "Although most offices have computers, other
businesses, such as restaurants, do no. This proves a challenge
when trying to constantly update Facebook and Twitter, so we
thought we could do this for them. Plus, many other businesses do
not know how to use the sites, so I wanted to provide a cheap way
of getting them online."
Whereas the old MediaHeads focused on creating animations, the
new MediaHeads helps businesses to improve their websites so that
they get nearer the top of search engine results.
The company also writes blogs and distributes them across the
Internet, using a variety of methods.
Different packages are available, each providing various levels
of online coverage, from £99.
You can also find MediaHeads on Facebook and follow MediaHeadsUK
on Twitter, for regular advice and news on how to get the most from
these websites.
