With the completion of their new £1.5 million conference
centre, function room and bedrooms The Hadley Park House Hotel in
Telford now have a dedicated restaurant, the only problem is it has
no name!
Their new website, fully launched only last week hosts a
dedicated page for Shropshire foodies to nominate their chosen
restaurant name - the winning name, will enjoy an invitation to an
all inclusive table for two at their Restaurant Re-Launch Gala
Dinner Evening on 15th January 2011. All other entrants will
receive priority invite including a discount for the evening.
Proprietor Mark Lewis comments "We now hold all our functions in
our new function suite, allowing us to focus on the original, new
revamped restaurant in the Conservatory. The name for the
Restaurant will need to reflect the locality, style and atmosphere
of the Hotel. Our customers tell us that dining at The Hadley Park
Restaurant provides a relaxing haven from the hustle and bustle of
everyday life. It's intimate without being formal and to
reflect our menu, it has a distinct, modern feel. So we thought we
would invite our customers to name it for us"
Head Chef Tim Wesley has been at The Hadley Park House Hotel,
Telford for many years now and supports many local producers
consistently achieving an AA Rosette for his food quality. Pork is
sourced from Wenlock Edge Farm, beef is reared in Staffordshire,
and they list Shropshire cheese on the cheeseboard … and the
list goes on.
