Leading property consultancy Bruton Knowles has announced the
promotion of senior surveyor Adam Rock to associate.
Adam is now associate in the professional team and will continue
in his key role of spearheading professional work. Adam, who joined
Bruton Knowles eighteen months ago, has been heavily involved in
the 2010 Rating Revaluation, which came into effect on 1 April 2010
working with clients to minimise rates liabilities and maximise
savings.
Adam also has expertise in loan security and asset valuations
and Landlord & Tenant matters including lease renewals,
assignments, rent reviews and third party dispute resolution.
Current clients include professional services firm RSM Tenon,
Hilton Meats, Leavesley Group, Wyre Forest District Council,
Wolverhampton City Council and Warwickshire Police Authority.
Commenting on the promotion, Ian Pitt, partner and head of

Adam joined Bruton Knowles in 2009 having worked at Gerald Eve
LLP in Birmingham for over nine years. A keen sportsman, Adam also
makes a significant contribution to Bruton Knowles' charitable
sporting activities. His latest achievements include cycling
coast-to-coast through the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North
Yorkshire Moors, the 3-peaks challenge, walking the entire length
of Hadrian's Wall and canoeing down the River Wye - all in aid of
the Alzheimer's Society.
