Esker Ltd, global leaders in document process automation
solutions, have given their customers a medieval thank you for
their continued support - with a customer forum with a difference
at Warwick Castle.
Esker, which is based on Wyvern Business Park in Derby, invited
some of its key customers to find out more about its latest
solutions and services during the forum, before dispatching them to
learn the medieval fighting skills of a knight at the Castle's
Knight School.
The forum was aimed at helping businesses to streamline their
business processes and reduce costs using its innovative solutions
for order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
One particular highlight was the Mail on Demand service, which
helps businesses to fully automate their business mail by giving
them the ability to send mail directly from their computer without
the need for investment in hardware or software.
Transactional documents such as invoices, statements,
remittances and reminders can now be delivered straight from an
organisation's business application without the need for handling
paper, printers, envelopes, folding, franking and posting.
After the seminar, delegates were treated to a buffet lunch at
the Castle's Georgian Coach House, before being given a choice of
how to spend the afternoon - either on a private tour of the Castle
and its dungeon, or learning archery and sword skills at the Knight
School.
Commenting on the event, Sam Townsend, Marketing Manager of
Esker Northern Europe said:
"We would like to thank our customers for joining us and making
the day at Warwick Castle both enlightening and
entertaining.
"Every year we host an event like this to give our customers a
corporate update over the past year as well as plans for the next.
It also gives us the opportunity to express our thanks to our
customers for their continued support, especially in the light of
such difficult economic conditions, " added Sam.
