A Solihull software vendor is celebrating a double award win
after being recognised for strengthening its international
connections.
Dynistics, based at the University of Warwick Science Park's
Blythe Valley Innovation Centre, is one of the UK's leading
business intelligence software companies.
The company was judged to have demonstrated 'substantial
business development through international trade activities' and
claimed the International Trade Business Award from both the
Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and the West Midlands ICT
Cluster.
And having drawn praise for successfully entered the USA,
Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia with its 'Active
Dashboards' solution in 2009, the firm is looking to repeat its
success after unveiling a market-entry strategy for Japan.
Dynistics managing director Anthony Dent is confident the
company can continue to build on this success.
He said: "It is fantastic to have been singled out for such
honours and we are thrilled to unveil our plans for Japan market
entry which we believe will produce rapid commercial success for
our software.
"I flew to Japan last week to confirm our market entry plans
with our partners there and the trip was really positive, we expect
to be operational there in the first half of 2011.
"This entry into a new market represents the next level of
growth for the company and we plan to rapidly emulate the success
we have achieved in other international markets.
"Since the benefits of our solution are unmatched in this market
we expect to win business from companies that have been under
served by their current Business Intelligence solution
providers"
Ian Page, centre manager at University of Warwick Science Park's
Blythe Valley Innovation Centre, said Dynistics was a great success
story for the park.
He said: "We are delighted with the success Dynistics are having
and I have no doubt that their ambition in taking on this market
will be rewarded.
"They have been with us for several years now and we have helped
to nurture the company's growth here at the Science Park.
"We are more than just a base. There are a range of services and
programmes available for companies which can help them to grow and
compete very quickly.
"Dynistics is a great example of that and a genuine success
story for the region."
