In this difficult economic climate, a series of FREE workshops have been announced to take place on 26th January 2011 at Caseys Club, Market Square, Daventry (5.30pm - 8.30pm) and 17th February 2011 at The George Hotel, Sheep Street, Kettering (5.30pm - 8.30pm) to help local retailers increase their turnover, competitiveness and market share.  

Stephen Smith, Chief Executive of EMB Ltd encouraged retailers to attend saying, "Evidence shows that people value a diverse high street that offers a unique shopping experience, great customer service and independent retailers."

The workshops will cover three main subjects including:

• How to get your staff to make the till ring?

• How to get your shop to sell its products itself?

Each session will be packed full of practical examples and information, delivered in easy-to-understand bite-sized chunks, that attendees can take away and implement immediately.
