Astle MINI in Grimsby is starting the New Year on a high after scoring full marks in MINI's new satisfaction ratings for sales and servicing.

Based on feedback from customers its dealership on Grimsby Road, Laceby came top in the region in both categories.

MINI launched a website facility in September 2011 which allows the public to view the dealership's customer satisfaction performance.

As part of MINI's commitment to excellent service customers are asked for their views on how they were treated by the dealership's sales or after sales departments. 

This information is collated and now published on the relevant dealership's website so that visitors can quickly and simply see how it's performing from its customers' point of view.

The question score and any comments are shown on the dealers website and other potential customers can browse feedback going back approximately 90 days.

Customers are asked to rate the service they received using a scale from 0 to 5. The scores are collated over a three-month period and then expressed as a star rating based on a percentage.

Astle MINI has achieved five stars which means it scored between 95 and 100 per cent.
