Miller Homes West Midlands got into the swing of things as they
launched the first show home at their Northcote development.
The afternoon event from 12-3pm saw over 75 people make it
through the doors of the development's first completed property.
Interested homebuyers gathered to learn more about the homes on
offer and to indulge in entertainment from Staffordshire-based jazz
band the Quartones.
Linda Androlia, regional sales director at Miller Homes West
Midlands, commented: "It's been wonderful today to be able to
celebrate the success achieved over the last few months. Northcote
has received consistent interest since it first launched and, now
we have a show home onsite; visitors will be able to get a taste of
what life would be like as a resident at the development."
Guests at the launch event were treated to some sop tunes from
popular jazz band The Quartones who treated prospective homeowners
to a selection of the ratpack classics. Formed in 2008, the
four-piece band is composed of professional musicians known for
their smooth jazz and funky swing performances.

Linda added: "Since the launch of the site four months ago we've
enjoyed great success and have now sold 21 homes at the development
and smashing all projected targets. House hunters have been flying
through the doors at the development snapping up houses at a rate
of one a week. We look forward to continuing this success with the
show home in place."
