The Online Marketing specialists at Boom Online Marketing are
today taking on their first full-time member of staff since their
official merger in July of this year.
The internet marketing firms previously known as Ian Lockwood
Digital Consultancy and Media Precision joined forces earlier this
year in a bid to open more doors, and the appointment of 42
year-old James Harper is part of that progression.
Partner at the firm, Robert Deans, said: "We are delighted to
welcome James to the team and he will be taking on the role of
Online Marketing Manager. He will be responsible for key
accounts and managing the team, whilst pulling the strings that
make things happen.
"James has previously worked at Wolverhampton Council, after
spending seven years working for Epson, so we are certain that his
past experience falls in line with our expectations of him.
"We are expanding fast as a firm, so it seemed like the ideal
time to take on a new member of staff as a way of maintaining the
high level of quality that we are becoming known for."
James who has relocated from Telford to join the team at Boom
Online Marketing, said: "I am really looking forward to the
challenge of using my skills and knowledge in the exciting world of
search engine optimisation.
"Boom-Online have got some really interesting projects lined up,
which I'm confident I can help them take to the next level."
Ian Lockwood, whose expertise comes from over a decade spent in
the internet industry, said: "We head hunted James because he had
all of the characteristics we were looking for. He has a very
strong technical background, he is great with people and has
extensive managerial experience. In addition to this, his
copywriting is of exceptional standard. "
