at Augustus Park
Miller Homes East Midlands has opened the doors to a stylish new
showhome at its latest Leicestershire development.
Visitors to Augustus Park at Enderby, on the outskirts of
Leicester, can now view the five-bedroom, detached London-style
showhome.
Featuring a stunning interior, consisting of spacious lounge,
dining room, kitchen and separate utility room, the family home
also benefits from French doors, bay windows and an en-suite
bathroom in the master bedroom.
Joy Goodman, sales director at Miller Homes East Midlands,
commented: "Showhomes are a great way to demonstrate the lifestyle
benefits of purchasing a new-build home. Walking around the new
London-style showhome, you can really imagine yourself living there
and it helps potential buyers to see that they could be investing
in a home for life.
"Augustus Park has already seen huge levels of interest in our
range of affordable three, four and five-bedroom properties. Now
that the showhome and on-site sales centre are in place, I'm
confident that Augustus Park will become one of most sought after
developments in the region."

The site is off Narborough Road, Enderby, with the motorway
network easily accessible, and is close to several good leisure
centres and excellent schools. Fosse Park Retail Village and the
popular Highcross Shopping Centre are also just a short drive
away.
Other homes available at the development include The Stevenson,
a four-bedroom property with a detached single garage, available at
£264,950, and The Auden, a three-bedroom townhouse priced
from £208,950, featuring a separate study and a master
bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing area.
Augustus Park also features a range of other three-bedroom
properties from £167,750 and four-bedroom homes from
£186,950
In addition, a number of properties are available via the
Government-backed HomeBuy Direct scheme. The initiative enables
first-time buyers, and others qualifying for the scheme, to
purchase 100 per cent of their home by potentially paying as little
as 70 per cent of the value, with both Miller Homes and the
Government equally funding the remaining 30 per cent.
