The launch of its new Procurement and Supply Chain Division has
meant that recruitment specialist Macildowie has further expanded
its Midlands team.
Recruitment consultants Claire Fletcher and Ben Radford have
joined Macildowie to lead this new division in the North Midlands,
specialising in placing candidates in public sector and blue chip
procurement and supply chain roles.
The pair's brief will see them establishing client relationships
in this exciting new field for the business, as well as taking on
the challenge of building the Macildowie brand within the new
sector.
Claire brings substantial experience to the new role and joins
from Michael Page, where she also worked in procurement and supply
chain recruitment.
Originally from Stourbridge, but now living in Nottingham,
Claire attended Keele University. She says: "I'm delighted to be
joining Macildowie - it's an expanding business and has an
excellent reputation in the industry. I'm really impressed with the
personal approach and professionalism within the business, and the
opportunity of being here for the launch of the new Procurement and
Supply Chain Division was too much to resist."

Nottingham-based Ben joins Macildowie from a smaller city rival,
where he was lead consultant for procurement and supply chain. He
said: "The new Procurement and Supply Chain Division is a great one
to join, as it will be well supported by Macildowie's dominance and
blue chip contacts in HR and finance. I'm also excited about
working with the NHS."
Macildowie, which counts Paul Smith, Boots, Gap, and Barclaycard
among its clients, will now be recruiting professionals for
procurement and supply chain positions with public sector and blue
chip clients using the same trusted methods it employs for
financial and HR roles.
