Leading regional developer Cedar House Investments has announced
the sale of another unit at Calico Business Park, its mixed-use
development in Tamworth.
The company, which recently scooped the title of Property
Company of the Year at the regional Estates Gazette Awards, has let
unit four of Hamel House to international precision tooling
company, KOMET (UK) Ltd.
KOMET® is one of the worldwide leaders in the technology of
bore machining. The internationally ¬operating company
develops, manufactures and supplies precision tools and the
appropriate programme of holders for economical solid drilling,
rough and fine boring, milling and turning.
Calico Business Park occupies an excellent location on the
outskirts of Tamworth at the heart of the motorway network, just
two miles from both junction 10 of the M42 and A5 interchange and
the town centre.
Only one unit now remains, all of which are available for sale
or rent. Agents for the scheme are Calders, Kingston and NRS
Property.

£50 million mixed-use development.
