Worcestershire marketing agency, Gough Bailey Wright, is
celebrating after winning the marketing and communications category
at the Birmingham Post Business Awards.
The agency, based in Bromsgrove, handles a number of regional,
national and international accounts, including Sainsbury's, Drayton
Manor Theme Park, Webbs and Truma.
Gough Bailey Wright's managing director Sue Bailey said: "I am
thrilled that we have won this award. It acknowledges the hard work
and passion we have at the agency, which has enabled us to continue
to grow the business through these challenging economic times.
"I have a fantastic team made up of individuals who are
passionate about their area of expertise, whether it be creative,
digital or PR. We will continue to strive to offer our clients the
very best possible marketing service, in order to meet their
individual business needs."
The awards ceremony was held at the ICC in Birmingham on Monday
21st September. Almost 500 people attended the event, which was
hosted by business journalist Declan Curry.
Birmingham Post editor, Alun Thorne, said the winners all
represented what was great about business in the West Midlands.
He said: "If there was one word that sums up all our business
award winners, it is resilience. Everyone knows that a challenging
12 months it has been for everyone involved in business and yet
these awards have shown that there is much to celebrate."
