Leamington-based EMA Business and Management Consultants have promoted Ann Ive to the position of Executive Director. 

Ann joined EMA in 2007 as a Managing Consultant and has over 20 years of HR experience in social housing. She provides consultancy advice across a range of disciplines including governance, organisational structure and employee relations.

Ann enjoys fantastic client loyalty and has handled some very challenging assignments, including organisational restructures and redundancies, with great skill and understanding. With a career spanning the health service and social housing, Ann is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds professional accreditations in Mediation and Personal Profile Analysis.

Established in 2007, EMA has achieved rapid growth within its chosen markets and now works with almost 300 clients, primarily across the social housing, local government and not-for-profit sectors. The company employs 4 staff at its offices on Dormer Place and a further 10 associates around the country.
