Solicitors practice Paytons and their clients are reaping the
rewards and benefits of a new Windows based telephony system
(IP/PBX), thanks to local IT specialist Resolve Information
Technology.
Known for their plain speaking, unstuffy and modern business
approach, Malvern-based Paytons' installation of the progressive
3CX Phone System has enabled the firm to greatly improve its client
communication.
Simon Quilley, Partner at Paytons stated: "We always used to
operate in a traditional way, with a receptionist taking incoming
calls and putting them through to our personnel. It occurred to me
that our clients would much prefer to cut out the middleman and
contact us direct, so we now all have direct lines. It makes it
much easier for our clients to communicate with us, and it means
that we have to be on top of our game because clients are liable to
phone us at any time and get straight through!
"The installation process was pretty painless, and Tim and his
team were always on hand to help us through the initial teething
period. He is always straightforward to deal with and willing to
explain both the advantages and disadvantages of any given
system."
Resolve, being the only 3CX certified installer within
Worcestershire, recommended the 3CX system due to its cost
comparison, ability to grow and develop with the business and its
ability to interface with ISDN, analogue and the Internet (VOIP) on
calls. It also has the capability to link with IT based software
such as Microsoft Outlook and associated databases. The 3CX phone
system can also work on a single line reducing the need for, and
associated costs of, multiple lines to make calls.
Resolve Information Technology Director, Tim Winstanley
explained: "Paytons is a successful solicitors practice which likes
to remain at the forefront of technology. After meeting and
discussing their immediate and long term needs we installed the 3CX
Phone System, a cost effective Windows based phone system which
would offer Paytons enhanced functionality whilst also removing any
need to replace existing wiring and offering customers the ability
to dial individual solicitors dealing with their case."
Paytons is one of Resolve's longest standing customers, with
Resolve initially helping Paytons to setup their first broadband
connection, before moving on to installing a new Microsoft Small
Business Server and expanding their existing IT capabilities. "We
even created a custom-built software programme to manage Paytons
stored wills." said Tim.
Resolve, possibly the regions foremost one stop shop for IT and
telecommunications solutions, is an expert in 3CX installations and
convergent solutions, offering end to end solutions from Server's
to Smartphones, including telephony contracts from O2 and
Orange.
