Derby-based commercial property and regeneration specialists,
Rigby & Co, have promoted Ben Wisher to the post of associate
director after three years with the company.
Ben (24), joined Rigby & Co in 2007 as a graduate property
surveyor, after gaining a BSc (Hons) degree in Planning and
Property Development from Nottingham Trent University.
Ben has gained considerable experience in all aspects of
commercial property, as well as a wide understanding of planning
and regeneration projects.
He has quickly established a reputation as a key commercial
property agent in Derby, dealing with a number of both property
deals and successful acquisition projects for a wide range of
sectors.
In his new role as associate director, Ben will help to develop
the firm's range of property services and will continue to play a
key role in the regeneration of the city. He is also working
towards gaining APC certification from the RICS (Royal Institute of
Chartered Surveyors).
Commenting on Ben's promotion, Russell Rigby, director of Rigby
