William Davis Homes has launched a brand new, purpose built
marketing suite on its flagship private housing scheme, Grange Park
in Loughborough.
Designed to offer buyers a comprehensive introduction to the
development, surrounding area and available house types, the new
marketing suite will act as a permanent base for sales
co-ordinators as well as an information centre for future phases on
the scheme. Inside it will include all sales literature, site plans
and property floorplans as well as a dedicated options centre for
potential buyers to view and select kitchens, ceramic tiles,
flooring, fabrics and other interior design features.

Grange Park, we thought it appropriate to centralise our resources
and make the buying process as simple as possible for our
customers. The new marketing suite facilitates more choice for
buyers, thus enabling them to truly personalise their new
home."
Phase Four, the current phase on site at Grange Park, will see
the company add a further 102 homes to its portfolio, ranging from
two bedroom coach houses through to five bedroom detached family
homes.
