Jas said: "Helping someone discover a new home is a satisfying
experience as you are playing a part in shaping their lives. I love
meeting different people and this is a great way for me to share my

John Long, Sales and Marketing Director for Blueprint, said:
"Jas is the perfect person to communicate Blueprint's development
values and showing home buyers how a development like Phoenix
Square offers both sustainability, style and is located in the
heart of the city."
The spacious showhomes at Phoenix Square showcase the stylish

contemporary fitted kitchens and modern, luxury, bathrooms. With
prices from around £74,000 to £215,000 there's an

Phoenix Square is a unique cultural building which combines
contemporary living space, with independent cinema, a state of the
art gallery, cafe bar, workspaces and office studios to house
Leicester's growing number of creative businesses. It is the
creation of a partnership project between Blueprint, Phoenix,
Leicester City Council in collaboration with De Montfort University
and is an example of 21st century sustainable building design,
coupled with leading-edge architectural quality.
