A unique web based service charge accounts tracking system,
Snapshot, launched by chartered accountants Clement Keys just
twelve months ago, has fuelled substantial growth for the firm's
service charge team, which is now the largest specialist team in
the region.
Snapshot provides live management information on year end
accounts enabling managing agents to see at a glance what progress
has been made on all service charge assignments. The data is
easily processed to provide a wide range of visual reports on
current status and completion.
"The benefits provided by Snapshot have proved extremely popular
leading to a substantial increase in clients across the commercial
and residential sectors. We now have a twenty strong
department that understand the pressures imposed on managing agents
when dealing with service charge accounts," says Gavin Whitehouse,
partner and head of the firm's property service charge team.
Snapshot draws upon an internal database with an intuitive
customer interface that presents real time information on which
properties are being worked upon. Accessible via a secure login and
available 24 hours a day, the system features an easy to navigate
format, complete with graphs and charts, so that clients can
understand the stage of completion of each individual
assignment.
Gavin adds: "Clients that use Snapshot tell us that it greatly
reduces the internal administrative burden involved in monitoring
their service charge obligations."
Snapshot has been developed with support from IT consultancy
Professional Link and web design and SEO specialist Clever
Cherry.
