Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham is inviting customers to take the
stress out of festive shopping and make someone else's Christmas
with its exclusive Christmas Fayre.
The Enterprise Way retailer's special evening event takes place
on Thursday 9th December between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. Visitors will
be able to peruse the finest gift ideas from over 20 local
businesses and are invited to share their festive cheer by leaving
a new present for the retailer's Salvation Army 'present drop'.
Children and adults who receive gifts through the Salvation Army
Present Appeal will also benefit from the Mercedes-Benz of
Nottingham Christmas Fayre, the attending local businesses
providing gifts for a customer raffle and auction and the proceeds
of ticket sales being used to buy additional presents.
And it's not just the opportunity to see some fantastic
merchandise and help a very worthy cause that will be music to
customers' ears. Throughout the evening they will experience
entertainment from Nottingham's Youth Orchestra, who will be
celebrating 25 years of developing participation in music by young
people and nurturing talented players to the best of their
potential.
Complimentary wine, mince pies and hot baked potatoes will keep
shoppers from feeling peckish at what Carole Merry, General
Manager, believes will be a fantastic evening.
"Our Christmas Fayre promises to be a great way for our
customers to avoid the hustle and bustle of the High Street with
everything available from flowers to audiovisual equipment and
paintings to chocolate," she explained.
"But what's even better is that it will also be all about
giving, which of course is the true meaning of Christmas, and we
are delighted that the Salvation Army and its Present Appeal will
benefit from our event."
