Heb, the Nottingham based firm of chartered surveyors, has
opened a London office headed by former CBRE retail man, Rob
Detheridge.
The office, based in Heddon Street in London's West End, is
heb's first foray away from its home base of Nottingham.
The firm, which specialises in all aspects of commercial
property and mixed use auctions, was established in 2003 and has
become one of the most proactive firms within the East
Midlands.
Partner Jonathan Emmerson, said: "Our range of work has
increased greatly over the last 12 months, primarily due to our
diversification of our services. We are now involved in national
sectors including local authority advice, statutory body work, a
far eastern investment fund as well as our more traditional roles
such as retail and industrial and office agency.
"I have personally known Rob for several years from his CBRE
days and he is an exceptional agent and is well connected
throughout the London and south of the country. I am very confident
our London office under Rob's stewardship will be a great success
in terms of servicing current clients and expanding into other
sectors."
Rob Detheridge said: "Jon and I have always had a productive
work relationship and heb is a company I admired from my days at
CBRE. heb's energy, communication and marketing skills coupled with
their excellent agency and development expertise are attributes
that will serve the London office well in the future."
heb's clients include Caffe Nero, Samworth Brothers, Pulp, KFC,
Westfield, Sony and Sainsburys, Specsavers, Lloyds Banking Group,
Aviva.
