EMA Business and Management Consultants have appointed Val
Garrett to the position of Managing Consultant.
Val has twenty years experience of working in the public and not
for profit sector, over ten of which at senior level. She joins EMA
from Calico Housing where she was Director of Organisational
Development and Managing Director of Calico's local employment
social enterprise business.
She will provide consultancy advice across a range of
disciplines including governance and organisational
development.

appointment comes at a time of further growth for us with a number
of significant new clients coming on board for support with senior
executive recruitment and board development in particular."

Chair of Housing Pendle, so she brings a really valuable and
relevant portfolio of skills and experience to our team."
Established in 2007 EMA has achieved rapid growth within its
chosen markets and now works with almost 300 clients, primarily
across the social housing, local government and the not-for-profit
sectors.
