Derby's only high street mortgage and independent financial
services company has reiterated its commitment to customer service
with the launch of a new service to keep its customers better
informed.
Oviso Financial Services, which is based on Queen Street in the
heart of the Cathedral Quarter, has installed a new system that
will allow customers to log into their own private online folder
and track the progress on their applications and policies.
Any progress made on a transaction carried out between Oviso and
its clients will be recorded in the client's own folder, so that
they can go online and check them or view updates whenever they
like.
Oviso's team of mortgage and protection advisors can send and
receive messages through the system to ensure the lines of
communication are kept open at all times.
Commenting on the new service, Sarah Fullaway, director of Oviso

"We are delighted to be launching this new service, which will
give our customers access to the progress of their application or
policy at the touch of a button, wherever they are, 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.
"From our experience in the industry we understand that our
customers want to be kept fully updated on any progress we are
making with their application and this will allow them to take
control of that.
"We also understand that our clients are busy people and are not
always available to talk on the phone or answer emails, so this
system gives us a central point to communicate and record updates,"
added Sarah.
