Lincoln Business Club made it an especially Merry Christmas this
year for two Lincolnshire charities.
The business networking club donated £250 each to the
Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance and Strut in the
Community at its Christmas meeting last week (Friday 10th
December 2010).
The Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance is a
dedicated medical air service which first began operations in
Lincolnshire in April 1994. Based at RAF Waddington near Lincoln,
the helicopter can reach any destination in Lincolnshire and
Nottinghamshire in 19 minutes.
Strut in the Community is a Lincoln charity that provides much
needed respite care for young people with disabilities and
their families throughout Lincolnshire.
Lincoln Business Club has over 500 members and meets on the last
Friday of every month at Lincoln City FC for networking and
business development.
