An award winning West Midlands based agency has designed and
built a unique website to promote a major international tableware
brand….just in time for Christmas.
Lesniak Swann completed work to build the bespoke customer
facing Royal Worcester site in time for a December launch.
The Stoke-on-Trent integrated agency won the Royal Worcester
contract after successfully handling the web presence of other
brands within its parent company, Portmeirion Group UK Ltd,
including Portmeirion and Spode.
Lesniak Swann has built a high specification website which
showcases Royal Worcester products around the world.
The design replicates the brand values and sits in front of a
built to order site which allows Royal Worcester to completely
automate its internet sales operation.
Mark Lesniak, joint Managing Director, explained: "We have
supplied Royal Worcester with a highly effective e-commerce site
with a bespoke back office platform which allows the company to
totally automate their on line sales.
"The new site gives Royal Worcester a completely integrated
system incorporating the latest analytics and statistical
information and allowing them to fully automate and manage their
stock management. It is being supported with email marketing
and PR
"We believe this sets the gold standard for e-commerce sites and
shows it is no longer acceptable to just buy a website off the
shelf.
"Lesniak Swann is capable of doing this because we have embedded
a highly experienced team of technical website builders into our
creative operation."
The company formally merged with web development company
Areality of Stone earlier this year, adding years of technical web
development know how to the creative mix.
Sara Plimbley, Direct Marketing Officer of Portmeirion Group,
said: "Working with the Areality team has helped Portmeirion
Group's brands to establish a worldwide web presence which has
helped to bolster sales.
"The merger of Areality and Lesniak Swann has wedded high level
creative thinking to the already excellent technical know how and
has led to the creation of a state of the art website which we are
confident will create a strong on-line presence for Royal
Worcester."
