A local internet solutions provider is celebrating the 2nd birthday of an innovative piece of software which has helped businesses across the region do business better.

Telford-based iSEV Ltd created its exciting email marketing software system, aCampaign.co.uk, to allow clients full content management of their own dynamic e-newsletter template. "It's a cost-effective but very sleek system which helps companies communicate efficiently, effectively, and professionally" explained iSEV's Creative Director Leon Blair.

"Too many companies are paying for bespoke designs every time they want to share their news or get in touch with their customers, and the costs really add up, not to mention the time it all takes. Our system is easy to use and very speedy so there's minimal effort needed for the client."

"aCampaign is also based around a data management system that lets clients manage their contacts and mail the e-newsletter out at the push of a button. The really smart thing about the system though is the way that businesses can track who has received and read the email, as well as other customer intelligence which all helps customer relationship management and new business leads."

One of the early adopters was AFC Telford United who is celebrating the one year milestone with the iSEV team. "We're delighted with the system" explained Anton Gunter, AFC Telford United's Commercial Manager. "We try and send out at least one newsletter every week and while we did communicate with our fans and members before we took on the aCampaign software, this system is much easier and looks more professional. Throughout the last year we've had positive feedback from our fans, and being able to monitor which emails are being read means that we can also target our communications better" he concluded.
