Birmingham based agents Cushman and Wakefield are getting into
the Christmas spirit to offer a £5,000 gift to agents who
introduce an occupier to Core 27 at Sherwood Park,
Nottinghamshire.
Marcus Hayes of Cushman and Wakefield said: "We have had some
excellent success in recent months with a good proportion of the
offices now let. We remain keen to secure occupiers for the rest of
the scheme and would like to hear about any leads and possible
introductions we may have missed. We will hand over £5,000 if
agents can assist!"
In order to qualify, agents need acquire one of the remaining
Multiplex units or the Piazza building behalf of their clients.
"To secure the £5,000, we would need a lease for a minimum
of five years. We will then hand over £2,500 in John Lewis
vouchers and an introductory fee of £2,500," said Rob Maxey
of heb, joint agent.
Core 27 has been awarded the 'BREAAM - Excellent' rating,
meaning that it has the highest level of green credentials going,
both in terms of its construction as well as its ongoing occupation
and associated running costs.
"We are confident we won't be beaten on any like for like deals
in the market," said Rob. "We will offer the most competitive
incentive package available anywhere."
