Multi-disciplinary firm Waldeck - currently one of the fastest
growing consulting engineers in the UK - is launching a recruitment
drive for talented engineering graduates.
Waldeck is currently seeking additional graduate engineers to
work throughout its network of offices in the East of England.
Since opening its second office in Peterborough four years ago
Waldeck has experienced continuous growth and won a number of
national contracts with blue chip companies such as Ocado,
EDF Energy and David Wilson Homes.
Although the company started out as a small family run firm,
fifteen years later it employs over 60 people at its sites in
Sleaford, Peterborough, Lincoln, Hull, Northampton and
Nottingham.
Commenting on the launch of Waldeck's recruitment drive Managing
Director Paul Waldeck said it will give a much needed jobs boost to
the industry.
"It's no secret that the construction sector has been hit
particularly hard by the recession but here at Waldeck we have
managed to buck the trend and achieve continuous growth," explained
Paul.
"We opened our fifth office in Northampton in January and five
months later we'd launched our sixth in Nottingham. These latest
additions have proved hugely successful and enabled us to compete
for work throughout the East Midlands and along the M1
corridor.
"We take great pride in our ability to find innovative and
sustainable design solutions for our clients and as part of our
ambitious growth strategy we are looking for good people to join
our existing creative and talented team.
"This is fantastic opportunity for the right people; the
workload is varied and challenging as we work across a wide range
of sectors. Anyone who is interested in applying should email their
CV and a covering letter to tony.chapman@waldeck-engineering.com by
26th November 2010.
